We have a 24 hr cancellation policy. If appointments are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment(s) there will be a charge of 50% of the service(s). If you cancel within 12 hours or no-show you will be charged 100% of the total scheduled services. No-show will be determined if the client is 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment(s). Cancellation/no-show fees will be waived at our own discretion.
